Allow me to introduce myself. I'm Sharon, a Board Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach & Holistic Wellness Practitioner, CHHC, AADP, a Certified Medicinal Aromatherapist, and a consultant for Pure Haven Essentials. I am a graduate of the Institute of Integrative Nutrition where I studied over 100 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques, and innovative coaching methods with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts. My teachers included Dr. Andrew Weil, Director of the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine; Dr. Deepak Chopra, leader in the field of mind-body medicine; Dr. David Katz, Director of Yale University’s Prevention Research Center; Dr. Walter Willett, Chair of Nutrition at Harvard University; Geneen Roth, best-selling author and expert on emotional eating; and many other leading researchers and nutrition authorities. I've learned from the best and I'm excited to share this wealth of knowledge with you!
What does that mean?
Simply stated...I am not a conventional girl in the traditional sense of health care. I'm more of a modern day "flower child" who embraces the healing benefits of whole foods and restorative exercise, along with therapeutic grade plant and tree medicine, as a holistic protocol to health and wellness. My passion is to guide and support you on your journey to optimum health by offering a "lifestyle change" approach.

I will educate you about the importance of clean eating and creating a healthy balance. My role is to partner with you on your journey to good health because that will be my primary concern…YOUR HEALTH. Nutritionally, emotionally and spiritually. I will never diagnose, prescribe or cure, but will compassionately guide, support, uplift and encourage.
